Your wedding day can feel somewhat hectic; there are a lot of things happening, some of them in a relatively short period of time, and the expectations are always staying high.

Top Tip #3: It’s not all about the photos, but…
True - your wedding day is not all about taking photos. It’s mainly about an important day and enjoying the moment with all your family and friends.
With that being said, it’s important sometimes, to remind the bride, groom, wedding party, family – that the photos captured on that day, are going to be some of the newlyweds’ only long-term memories from their happy day; once the excitement and hecticness of your wedding week is over, once the couple is back from their honeymoon, once the bridal party, family and guests are all back to their normal, daily life – it’s those photos that would bring the smiles and sweet memories back to life, and will allow you and your loved ones to relive the moments. Therefore it is OK to spend the time(s) and work on location for taking the photos, and that time should be planned for, as part of your wedding-day schedule, because it WILL take time.
Furthermore, at some point prior to the event's day, you should ask everyone in your wedding party and immediate family, for their cooperation with time/posing/smiling to the cameras – and let them know it’s needed and appreciated.
This way no-one would have any surprises regarding the time spent on taking pics, nor will give you or your wedding-photographer(s) a weird, doubtful, annoyed face when asked to smile for the camera for few secs/mins throughout the day.
